Major worldwide power producers and mining suppliers are expected to take part in the 11th West African International Mining & Power Exhibition scheduled this year in Accra, Ghana, from 28 to 30 May 2014.
The event, which is organised in Ghana every two years, will bring together decision-makers, ministers, energy professionals, investors and the biggest mining operators.
The three-day gathering features meetings, seminars and debates on market trends and business opportunities in the fields of mining and energy in West Africa.
The main exhibitors are international suppliers of mining equipment, technology and services as well as makers of power generating equipment, transmission & distribution.
The show envoys the endorsement of Ghana’s Chamber of Mines, the ministries of natural resources & Energy as well as the departments of mining & Energy of several West African countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina- Faso, Senegal, Liberia, Niger, Mali, Nigeria and Guinea.
The three-day gathering offers unmatched opportunity to network with the decision makers in the ECOWAS countries, helps participants to develop strong relationships and explore joint business partnerships.
